The Sans Wine Company caught people’s attention at our First Annual Natural Wine Extravanganza and owners Jake Stover and Gina Schober make fresh, vibrant and approachable “wines of place”. Based in Napa, Sans Wine Co. sources top Napa and Mendocino grapes from organically farmed vineyards and environmentally conscience growers in order to craft natural wines. Jake, a Kansas native, is excited to be back in Kansas City.

For our second event in the series we are ecstatic to welcome Chef Sarah Steffan, Garden Master, Mike Washburn, and Master Gardener, John Coykendall from BLACKBERRY FARM. Together we will learn about the art saving seeds, cooking with heirloom ingredients, and the importance of preserving traditional farming techniques and uses.
