These select wines are produced within the ancient vineyards of Germany, an environment that creates wines ranking among the best in the world. The bottles we'll share with you show remarkable raciness, refreshing fruit, and mineral complexity. Riesling may still carry the reputation of sweetness to some, but the grape is also enjoyed in dry and tangy versions.
Come drink wines from some of the greatest producers: Selbach-Oster, von Winning, Georg Breuer, Rebholz and Dönnhoff, and see Doug at his absolutely most enthusiastic state. Simply put, he loves these wines and can't wait to share them with you. Chef Linda and her team are also putting together an incredible four-course dinner that will pair perfectly with Doug's selections. We will post the menu soon!
