The Restaurant at 1900’s very own Master Sommelier/Master of Wine, Doug Frost, has founded a winery in Walla Walla, WA (in his copious free time). His first wine, Echolands Winery Syrah Les Collines Vineyard 2018, will be released to public July 1st and we will celebrate at The Restaurant at 1900. Chef Linda Duerr is creating a menu to accompany three Echolands wines, including the newly released Syrah. With social distancing as our mantra, seating is limited and likely outdoors, weather permitting.
If you are joining us on July 1st, Echolands founders Doug Frost and Brad Bergman will be on hand to talk about this new project and the wines that have been created and those that will be released in the fall.
