On Tuesday, June 8th, we are very excited to welcome Michael Corso of the famed Michael Corso Selections to 1900 for a wonderful dinner featuring beautiful European wines.

Michael Corso was Doug Frost's first boss in the wine business! Once a Missouri wine distributor, Michael has gone on as an importer to build a portfolio of small but top-flight French estates. Join Michael and Doug at their reunion dinner with noble wines from Alsace, Loire Valley, Burgundy and the Rhone.

A seated, plated dinner prepared by Executive Chef Linda Duerr and her team, along with carefully curated wines by Doug and Michael will be served. Guests are welcome to arrive between 6:00pm and 6:20pm, dinner will start promptly at 6:30pm. We can't wait to see you there!

$125 per person, plus tax and gratuity

SECOND COURSE 
Salad of Foraged Herbs and Greens
with fresh sheep’s cheese and prosciutto truffles, roasted strawberries, crostini and sweet onion-fig jam, citronette, crispy prosciutto

THIRD COURSE 
Pan Roast Pigeon Breast
with sunchoke and beech mushroom risotto, pickled radish, hakurei turnip, gooseberry reduction

FOURTH COURSE 
Grilled Beef Ribeye and Beef Cheek Yuca Hash
with rosemary pomegranate chimichurri

with maple ice cream, rhubarb compote, chocolate sauce and croutons, candied peanuts
